About the role

We are looking for an outstanding Executive/VIP Business Travel Consultant who will deliver a true Seven‑Star service experience to our senior leaders and high‑value clients. The role goes beyond simple bookings; it requires highly personalized, time‑critical travel management built on trust and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for Executive and VIP business trips, including flights, hotels, transfers and special requests.
• Offer expert recommendations that respect traveller preferences, company travel policies and duty‑of‑care requirements.
• Deliver fast, empathetic and precise solutions for travel interruptions or emergencies.
• Handle enquiries across phone, chat and email in a fast‑paced Executive‑Care environment.
• Maintain premium service standards while meeting productivity, handle‑time and SLA targets.
• Build long‑term relationships through consistently excellent service.
• Collaborate closely with the team to sustain an elite service culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑touch premium customer service (Executive travel, hospitality, aviation or luxury brands).
• Understanding of contact‑center metrics such as productivity, efficiency and CSAT.
• Outstanding communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Calm, decisive and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Excellent organization and strong attention to detail.
