Senior Chef de Partie

About the role

Houston & Hawkes are seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their bustling central kitchen located near Liverpool Street Station. The role involves delivering high‑quality breakfast, lunch and retail service in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver breakfast service to a high standard.
• Produce fresh, seasonal soups for the lunch service.
• Execute one main lunch dish daily for 50–70 covers.
• Collaborate closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, presentation and food‑safety standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with health regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Passionate about food quality and hospitality.
• Comfortable working in a high‑tempo kitchen.
• Organised, methodical and reliable.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and excellent communication.

Required skills

• £35,000 per annum.
• Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm shifts.
