Senior Client Services Manager – Digital Media & Ad Tech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital advertising campaigns for a fast‑growing ad‑tech business. You will act as the senior point of contact for advertisers and agencies, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately, delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, from brief to post‑campaign analysis.
• Coordinate with internal operations, sales, product and ad‑operations teams to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Provide a transparent, responsive client experience and build long‑term relationships.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Deliver strategic recommendations, performance insights and actionable post‑campaign reports.
• Support and mentor junior team members, with potential people‑management responsibilities.
• Help improve internal processes, tools and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client services, account or campaign management within a media agency, publisher or ad‑tech environment.
• Track record working with recognised advertisers, brands or media agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising campaign delivery and project management.
• Knowledge of digital creative production, ad serving, media analytics and cross‑channel measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and deliver end‑to‑end campaigns.
• Confident presenting analysis, strategic recommendations and performance insights to clients.
• Proactive, resourceful and solution‑focused attitude.
