Senior Conference Producer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conference Producer to lead and scale a portfolio of international B2B conferences. The role combines commercial ownership, strategic event development and hands‑on production to drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple P&L responsibilities, delivering yearly commercial results and budgeted product load.
• Generate new conference launches and grow established repeat events.
• Execute tactical event plans while providing strategic direction.
• Develop and validate seed ideas to create new product opportunities.
• Maintain market intelligence and engage key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B conference programming.
• Proven track record producing complex event programmes and managing executive speaker rosters.
• Demonstrated success growing event brands commercially and strategically.
• Strong leadership and advanced project‑management capabilities.
• Experience in strategic portfolio development or new event idea validation with commercial viability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and persuasion skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on financial ownership of conference products.
