Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM Fusion (Performance Management)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management to deliver solutions for UK public‑sector clients. You will configure, integrate and support performance‑related modules, guiding projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Configure performance templates, document periods, rating models, eligibility profiles and approval workflows in Oracle Fusion.
• Support goal management, performance document creation, check‑ins, manager and employee evaluations, and calibration processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate performance policies into Fusion design options.
• Collaborate with Talent, Core HR, Security and Reporting teams to resolve configuration, workflow and data issues.
• Design and execute test scenarios for annual, mid‑year, probation and objective‑setting reviews.
• Prepare user guides, administrator hand‑over documents and support artefacts for HR operations.
• Handle release regression, change requests, production incidents and continuous improvement of performance processes.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements, present solution options and manage risks related to absence/payroll dependencies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of performance templates, rating models and eligibility profiles.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and translate technical solutions for both technical and senior business audiences.
• Experience guiding projects through the SDLC and managing integrations, data migrations and reporting.
