Senior Digital Trading Executive

About the role

You will own day‑to‑day in‑season digital trading performance for a major retail brand estate, driving sales growth, margin and sell‑through. The position offers real commercial influence and a clear pathway to management.

Key responsibilities

• Own in‑season digital trading performance across sell‑through, availability and weeks of cover.
• Optimise site navigation and merchandising to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Execute the digital trade plan, including campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Drive sales growth through stock, range and clearance management.
• Identify in‑season risks and opportunities and act swiftly.
• Analyse performance data and use insights to shape future trading decisions.
• Coach junior team members and foster a strong team culture.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital trading experience.
• Proven track record in site merchandising, sell‑through and stock management.
• Data‑led approach to campaign and promotion planning.
• Experience with Bloomreach, Magento or Pimberly is desirable.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Team player who communicates clearly, adapts quickly and brings positive energy.
