About the role

Lead the development of high‑impact creative ideas across multiple clients and projects. Raise the creative standard of the team while mentoring others and ensuring strategic and executional excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development from brief to final idea, producing breakthrough social‑first and influencer‑first campaigns.
• Challenge briefs, identify new creative opportunities and ensure ideas are platform‑native and culturally relevant.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level creatives, provide constructive feedback and foster collaboration.
• Present creative concepts to clients, build trusted relationships and navigate stakeholder feedback.
• Manage complex, multi‑market projects, balance priorities and maintain creative consistency.
• Contribute to pitches, global initiatives and agency growth through innovative thinking.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual creative experience with a proven ability to develop big ideas and integrated campaigns.
• Social‑first mindset and deep understanding of social platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Global experience working on multi‑market accounts and creating ideas for diverse international audiences.
• Agency background in leading creative or social agencies, combining traditional and digital approaches.
• Award‑worthy portfolio demonstrating original, high‑impact work recognised by international festivals.
