Senior IFA Administrator – Remote (Birmingham)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join our Birmingham‑based financial advisory team while working remotely. The role supports advisers and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality administrative support to advisers and the wider support team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, product providers and third parties to resolve queries.
• Process applications accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with advisers, providers and clients to achieve timely case completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within financial services.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with back‑office administration software.
