Senior Lead – Programme Funding Growth Acceleration

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Lead to accelerate growth of its Integrated Programme Funding portfolio worldwide. The role sits within the Global Programme Funding Team and reports to the Global Director Programme Funding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Horizon B funding growth initiatives, turning strategic intent into time‑bound, decision‑ready outputs.
• Coordinate a defined set of growth projects across institutional and private funders and markets.
• Provide hands‑on strategic support to priority markets and accounts in partnership with market development specialists.
• Collaborate closely with senior finance, member funding, and programme directors across the organization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at the executive level to ensure alignment and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and programme funding within a global or multi‑regional context.
• Strong project coordination skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Ability to influence and work with senior leadership and external donor partners.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
