Senior Legal Secretary – French Speaking (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Legal Secretary with fluent French to support a Senior Partner at a leading international law firm in London. The position offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Partner, including handling phone calls, emails, appointment booking, timesheet processing, and meeting scheduling.
• Manage the flow of correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accurate filing and record maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling client communications and billing inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other administrative duties.
• Prioritise tasks and prevent scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth office operations.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, highly organised, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Previous secretarial experience at a notable law firm.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Flexibility to work 9:30 am–5:30 pm with occasional adjustments.
