Senior Lettings & Property Manager

About the role

The Senior Lettings & Property Manager will lead the lettings team in Manchester, overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the North West. This permanent, full‑time position requires a proactive individual who can balance tenant service, team coordination and on‑site operational duties.

Key responsibilities

• Drive occupancy levels and manage day‑to‑day lettings activities, including viewings and inspections.
• Provide on‑site support to tenants, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Act as the primary liaison between tenants, the lettings team and block management to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, prepare reports and supervise contractors and tradespeople.
• Assist with move‑in and move‑out processes to ensure seamless transitions for tenants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lettings or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a calm, professional approach to tenant enquiries.
• Highly organised, capable of multitasking and managing a small team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with property management systems.
