Senior Manager - Private Client Compliance

As a Senior Manager in the Private Client team you will lead personal tax compliance for high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and trustees, working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of personal tax compliance services for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Identify advisory opportunities and provide guidance on inheritance tax, trusts, estates and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients and professional intermediaries.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to the growth of the Private Client service line.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Private Client or Personal Tax environment.
• Proven track record managing complex personal tax compliance work.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of personal tax issues.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage competing priorities.
• CTA qualification preferred; ACA, ATT or equivalent with substantial experience also considered.
