Senior Payroll Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage end‑to‑end payroll for the UK, Ireland and EMEA regions. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of payroll legislation and will support large payroll projects while delivering accurate statutory payments.

Key responsibilities

• Process full‑cycle payroll for the UK, Ireland and selected EMEA countries.
• Calculate and administer statutory payments such as sick pay, holiday pay and other benefits.
• Handle complex payroll queries from staff and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform manual calculations where required and ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Contribute to large‑scale payroll projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with UK payroll and either Irish or broader EMEA payroll.
• Familiarity with payroll legislation across the UK and EMEA regions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple payroll cycles.
