Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is a leading property and construction consultancy based in Central London. The Senior Project Manager will lead high‑profile commercial office fit‑out and refurbishment projects, acting as the single point of responsibility from inception to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle – briefing, procurement, construction, handover and final completion.
• Oversee programme management, contract administration and financial performance to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors, chair project meetings and produce regular project reports.
• Mitigate risks, ensure quality standards and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
• Support business development by preparing fee proposals, attending client meetings and contributing to pitches.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the growth of the commercial project management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience within a construction consultancy environment.
• Strong track record delivering commercial office fit‑out and refurbishment projects in Central London.
• Ability to manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
