Senior Project Manager

About the role

Mediazoo’s Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large‑scale projects across digital learning, live events and platform‑based programmes. You will act as the primary liaison for clients and production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.

Key responsibilities

• Define project approaches and adopt suitable project management tools and methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain project workbooks, including plans, status reports, backlogs, risk logs and stakeholder maps.
• Manage risks, change controls and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track activities against schedules, conduct quality assessments and sprint reviews as required.
• Control budgets to meet or exceed forecast margins, monitoring estimates, resources, external spend and quality.
• Build trusted client relationships from brief through delivery and proactively address issues.
• Run live and hybrid events end‑to‑end, from run‑of‑show planning to post‑event debrief.
• Oversee content on learning platforms and CMS tools, collaborating closely with clients and developers.
• Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
