Senior Quantexa Data Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantexa Data Engineer to join our client, a global technology leader, based in Birmingham with a hybrid working model. You will lead the technical development of Quantexa‑based solutions, designing robust data pipelines and configuring core components to ensure successful client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark, Scala and Python on Databricks.
• Configure and optimise Quantexa components for client projects.
• Lead technical delivery and act as the primary point of contact for data engineering integration.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Certified Senior Quantexa Data Engineer with proven experience delivering Quantexa solutions.
• Strong background in Spark, Scala and Python, particularly within Databricks environments.
• Experience leading client‑facing data engineering or integration projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is advantageous.
