About the role

Hoot Recruit is a fast‑growing recruitment agency looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its small, autonomous team in Ellesmere Port. You will have the freedom to build and develop your own market while delivering results without the usual corporate KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple sectors such as Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, HR and Construction.
• Run a 360 desk, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop your own market, win new clients and place high‑quality talent.
• Deliver results without micromanagement or unrealistic call‑time targets.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by sharing ideas and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably managing a 360 desk.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both clients and candidates.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on the commercial side of recruitment.
• Desire for autonomy, freedom and a small‑team environment.
