Senior Sales Development Representative

About the role

Endor Labs, a security platform for AI coding agents, is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative in London. You will work with the Marketing and Sales teams to qualify leads and build a pipeline of opportunities, while helping shape the company's demand generation, sales process and sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Research high-value prospects together with Account Executives and set up meetings with them.
• Follow up on Marketing-generated leads, qualify them and hand them off to the right salesperson.
• Run outbound outreach using the company's sales playbook and generate new business.
• Make first contact with prospects through cold calling and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Nurture leads that did not convert initially and reconnect with them.
• Work through lead lists, meet or exceed SLAs and support weekly reporting.
• Share feedback with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• A proven track record of strong performance in similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proactive, persistent and collaborative, able to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Preferred: professional experience in sales or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Preferred: experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach or similar platforms.
