Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

The Salesforce Senior Developer acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the Salesforce technology stack, designing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. You will join a global leader in information and analytics, contributing to scientific research and healthcare improvements. The role focuses on ensuring a stable, standardized Salesforce environment while minimizing disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as CRM trusted advisor across all project phases, from requirement gathering to deployment and post‑launch support.
• Estimate effort, design, develop, and implement solutions, including complex integrations.
• Review code and solution summaries to enforce best practices and fit‑for‑purpose development.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and design future integration enhancements.
• Document technical designs, reference architectures, and share knowledge across teams.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven large‑scale integration projects.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Conga CLM, and MuleSoft (or similar integration platforms).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
