Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

Taktile is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between enterprise prospects and its AI‑powered decisioning platform. You will partner with the Sales team to design AI‑driven solutions for leading financial institutions and secure the technical win.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high‑impact AI use cases throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead the design and execution of proof‑of‑value projects that combine customer data, ML/AI models, and the Taktile platform.
• Build technical prototypes and demos that simulate production‑grade integrations and workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design and implement solutions on the Agentic Decisioning Platform.
• Communicate the value of full implementations and strategic roadmaps to senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Provide competitive intelligence and prospect insights to product management to shape the product roadmap.
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to scale knowledge across the solution engineering function.
• Lead discovery of new use cases, assess product‑solution fit, and feed feedback to go‑to‑market teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise organisations with both technical and business stakeholders.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience writing production‑grade Python code.
• Customer‑centric mindset with curiosity about clients' businesses and challenges.
• Experience planning and managing the technical scope of Proof‑of‑Concepts and evaluations.
• Growth mindset, humility, and willingness to learn new methodologies.
• Collaborative attitude working with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Track record of supporting high‑value enterprise deals and handling complex technical objections.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, attending the London office at least three days per week.
