Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Progeny is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and execute its talent acquisition strategy across multiple UK offices. The role will ensure the attraction, selection and onboarding of high‑calibre talent that aligns with current and future business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy that supports growth plans and capability needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs, provide market insights and build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, including direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks, and manage external recruitment partners.
• Oversee onboarding in collaboration with the People team to ensure smooth candidate transition.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, salary benchmarking and talent insights to support organisational change.
• Strengthen Progeny’s employer brand and champion a positive candidate experience.
• Embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level talent acquisition or recruitment partnership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist roles.
• Experience in workforce planning, market intelligence and employer branding.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring practices.
