Senior Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join a fast‑growing accountancy group with offices across the UK. You will be a key member of the Tax Advisory team, delivering high‑quality tax advice to a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, share schemes, employee ownership trusts, reorganisations, incorporations and remuneration planning.
• Manage HMRC enquiries and investigations, reviewing work produced by junior team members.
• Provide technical support to a network of smaller accountancy firms.
• Support the development, training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required profile

• ACCA, ACA or CTA qualification with at least 3 years post‑qualification tax experience.
• Strong experience advising owner‑managed businesses on a range of tax issues.
• Proactive, client‑first mindset with confidence managing complex projects.
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
• Desire to work in an innovative, growing firm.
