Senior Technician – Acton

About the role

The Senior Technician will ensure that DLO electrical assets are maintained and returned to service safely and on time. Reporting to the DLO Electrical Work Controller, the role also supports other business units as required.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deliver DLO electrical assets into service safely and promptly.
• Support other business units when instructed by line manager.
• Monitor safety performance and comply with health & safety legislation.
• Identify task requirements, manage work sites and test asset integrity.
• Report issues, follow correct processes and rectify defective assets.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Commitment to the General Safety Policy and relevant legislation.
• Ability to gather information, communicate with stakeholders and follow documented procedures.
• Experience in electrical installation and maintenance within an engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Safe Isolation Level 3 (essential).
• Basic Track Awareness / Competency (desirable).
• PWT‑EH or PWT‑TH (desirable).
• Site Person in Charge – Track & Non‑Track (desirable).
• Building/Room access courses (desirable).
• PASMA certification (desirable).
• IPAF certification (desirable).
