Senior/Midweight Graphic & Packaging Designer

We’re recruiting for an award‑winning creative consumer product business looking for a Senior or Midweight Designer to dream up the next generation of playful, innovative product ranges. You’ll join a fast‑paced, friendly studio where creative energy is the norm and no two briefs are ever quite the same.

Key responsibilities

• Creating bold, commercial style guides and product identities for major retailers.
• Turning briefs from the Product Development team into standout packaging concepts and visuals.
• Adapting design thinking to fit each retailer’s brand and customer base.
• Presenting ideas confidently to colleagues and clients.
• Preparing final artwork ready for mass production.

Required profile

• A sharp eye for typography, a nose for emerging trends, and the ability to translate both into packaging and product design that sells.
• Strong Adobe Suite skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• A positive, can‑do attitude with drive, efficiency and reliability.
