SEO & PPC Specialist (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & PPC Specialist to help purpose‑driven organisations amplify their impact. You will own both organic and paid search strategies, turning data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research and on‑page optimisation.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping and remarketing.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager and other analytics tools.
• Produce regular reports that translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal colleagues on strategy, performance reviews and optimisation ideas.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain data to non‑technical audiences.
• Confident communicator who can lead client calls and present findings clearly.
• Self‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• SEO strategy and technical implementation.
• Google Ads (search, display, shopping, remarketing).
• GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
• SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Bonus: Bing Ads, Meta Ads.
