Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Care

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join the Mercedes‑Benz of Bristol team. In this customer‑facing position you will act as the primary link between vehicle owners and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience from booking to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their service needs and provide clear information about the process.
• Create and manage service orders, keeping customers updated at each stage.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle status and ensure timely completion.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance, repairs and Mercedes‑Benz products.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks related to service appointments.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer care.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive service environment.
• Ability to work flexible patterns, including occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Kerridge (experience advantageous but not essential).
