Service Apartment Manager

About the role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and customer‑focused Service Apartment Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our serviced‑apartment portfolio in Birmingham. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold the highest property standards and support the business’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the serviced‑apartment portfolio.
- Coordinate bookings, guest enquiries, check‑ins, check‑outs and all guest communications.
- Maintain an exceptional guest experience from reservation through departure.
- Manage relationships with housekeeping, maintenance contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure presentation, cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in serviced apartments, short‑let accommodation, hospitality or property management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to high service standards.
