Service Engineer – Full Product Training (Birmingham)

About the role

Join a market‑leading German company that provides physical and digital currency solutions across Europe. As a Service Engineer you will receive full product training and be the go‑to professional for preventative and reactive maintenance of a wide range of electrical and mechanical banking machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical/mechanical ATM and banking equipment.
• Cover multiple facilities on a field‑based schedule, working a two‑week shift rotation (6 am‑2 pm or 7 am‑3 pm).
• Respond to service calls, diagnose faults and restore equipment to operational status.
• Log work performed and adhere to health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Service Engineer or similar background in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Experience with ATM, banking or related machinery is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across Birmingham and the Midlands.
• Ability to work shift patterns and overtime when required.
