Service Sales Manager – Grid Integration

About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead its Grid Integration Service business across the UK and Ireland. You will shape and execute the regional service sales strategy, helping customers maximise performance, reliability and lifespan of critical energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Grid Integration Service sales strategy across the UK and Ireland.
• Drive orders, revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Identify and convert new service opportunities within the installed customer base.
• Expand lifecycle service offerings and grow long‑term service agreements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract and risk management.
• Coach, develop and inspire a high‑performing service sales team.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related discipline.
• Experience in service sales, account management or business development within energy, utilities, power systems or critical infrastructure.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
