About the role

We are partnering with a Top 10 UK firm to recruit a Share Schemes Associate Director. The role blends leadership, client engagement and the design of innovative employee incentive solutions, while offering flexible working and a strong wellbeing focus.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and design tailored employee share and incentive schemes.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high‑impact delivery and efficient processes.
• Provide expert tax advice on share plans and oversee smooth implementation of incentive structures.
• Work with colleagues worldwide, leveraging diverse perspectives and global expertise.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.

Required profile

• Experience in Share Plans or Reward teams within accountancy, law or consulting firms.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACA or Solicitor.
• Strong client‑management and project‑leadership abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work and building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
