About the role

Join Müller Milk & Ingredients as a Shift Lead and take ownership of a high‑impact leadership role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role offers full autonomy, end‑to‑end accountability and the chance to drive operational excellence on a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
• Own and deliver Operational Excellence projects aligned to business goals.
• Make real‑time decisions using PDCA and “go, look, see” techniques.
• Manage team development, performance reviews and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing, production or operations leadership.
• Strong coaching, problem‑solving and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
• Passion for developing people and driving change.
