Site Manager – Cat A Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑tier national contractor expanding its London portfolio. The role focuses on managing Cat A fit‑out packages for high‑value commercial and mixed‑use projects in central London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑trade site operations, including internal fit‑out and MEP packages.
• Manage subcontractors through procurement, pre‑construction and on‑site delivery.
• Drive programme delivery, short‑term planning and production control.
• Chair daily/weekly coordination meetings and monitor progress against the programme.
• Identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Champion health and safety on all works.
• Review design information, resolve clashes and ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain commercial control of packages, tracking costs, variations and performance.
• Produce regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects of £20 M+ value, including internal fit‑out.
• Experience delivering Cat A fit‑out projects, preferably in central London.
• Strong understanding of construction, MEP and commercial delivery.

Required skills

• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS (Manager) card.
• HNC or equivalent construction qualification.
• Cat A fit‑out expertise.
• MEP package coordination.
