Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage the day‑to‑day delivery of social media campaigns, ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across multiple client accounts. The role involves planning, publishing, monitoring and optimising content across platforms to achieve measurable outcomes aligned with client objectives and Gravity Global’s social strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute content across social channels in line with client goals and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers and the Social Media Lead to translate strategies into actionable plans and content calendars.
• Track campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools and produce clear reports with insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, attend meetings and present performance updates.
• Partner with designers, copywriters and the creative team to brief and review social‑first content.
• Stay informed on emerging social trends, formats and technologies and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 4–6 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing content delivery and community engagement for brands.
• Experience working with analytics, scheduling and listening tools.
• Strong organisational, copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
