Software Business Development Manager – Manchester

About the role

Join a fast‑growing software company as a Business Development Manager in Manchester. You will work with pre‑qualified leads generated by an in‑house team, allowing you to focus on closing deals and driving revenue for a suite of products used by over 330,000 global users.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 8‑10 pre‑scheduled client meetings per day, concentrating on solution presentation and deal closure.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities without cold‑calling.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to an uncapped OTE.
• Represent the company at podcasts, webinars, industry events, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with top‑performing BDMs to share best practices and improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B software sales or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a high‑energy team environment.
• Willingness to travel for team events and client meetings.

• Basic salary £35,000 with a £500 bonus in the first three months.
