About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech sales team in Manchester and sell a market‑leading HR SaaS platform to small and mid‑market businesses. You will be responsible for generating new software subscriptions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound calls to directors and business owners.
• Generate and qualify leads from a pre‑screened database.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet quarterly acquisition targets.
• Deliver online product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations.
• Close high‑value software contracts and achieve commission targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound lead generation, telesales or business development.
• Target‑driven mindset with a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
• Resilience, high energy and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn a complex SaaS solution through provided training.
