Solution Architect – Remote Implementation

About the role

Bright Executive is seeking a Solution Architect to guide customers across the UK, the Netherlands and Spain in leveraging software solutions that drive commercial success. This remote‑focused position works closely with product teams and client advisors to shape implementations and future capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on optimal use of software to achieve business objectives.
• Support evaluation of system design options and partner‑led implementations.
• Collaborate with product management to define and develop new features.
• Coach solution advisors on functional aspects of the platform.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of commercial processes linking CPG/FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
• Knowledge of promotional planning, pricing, trade spend, volume forecasting, S&OP, accruals, claims and activity evaluation.
• Experience with TPM, ERP and SaaS systems.
