Solutions Architect – Construction Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise construction platforms for a global construction and consultancy organisation. The role is hybrid, based in London (or Birmingham), and focuses on digital construction technologies and emerging innovations such as 3D mapping and drones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall architecture for enterprise construction platforms across multiple client programmes.
• Lead design and integration of Oracle Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud and related tools.
• Provide architecture governance for complex, multi‑system environments.
• Collaborate with project teams, software vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver robust technology solutions.
• Champion innovation by evaluating and introducing emerging digital construction technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within the construction sector.
• Background as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or Client Solutions Architect.
• Strong knowledge of large‑scale construction programme architecture.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
