Solutions Platform Manager

About the role

The Solutions Platform Manager will support the optimisation of the Marex Solutions Platform and related processes, driving automation and business growth while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory frameworks. Reporting to the Solutions COO team, the role bridges trading, technology and control functions to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of trading and technology projects, establishing project plans, scope and execution.
• Develop and improve Management Information (MI), KPIs and performance frameworks to guide business decisions.
• Evaluate current processes, identify automation opportunities and implement technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Support and Control stakeholders to implement initiatives within a controlled framework.
• Support regulatory change coordination, ensuring compliance with FCA and internal governance.
• Manage operational risk, conflict management and risk acceptances for trading activities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables and drive platform change.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing structured OTC derivatives or structured securities.
• Strong understanding of front‑to‑back processing and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior management.
• Experience supporting IT or regulatory change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, collaborative mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
