About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead a luxury spa located in the heart of Central London. This senior‑level position will oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the therapist and host teams, acting as a visible role model.
  • Provide expert advice to guests on spa facilities, treatments, and membership options.
  • Manage bookings, recruitment, staff scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Promote and market spa services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and deliver treatment training.

Required profile
