Speech and Language Therapist – Flexible Ad Hoc Support

About the role
Reed is expanding its pool of Speech and Language Therapists to deliver high‑quality therapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The role offers flexible, ad‑hoc assignments that can complement existing professional commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide SALT provision on an ad‑hoc basis, with packages ranging from 5 to 50 hours.
- Work independently while receiving support from the Reed team.
- Visit children and young people in schools, colleges or home settings to conduct assessments and deliver therapy.
Required profile
- HCPC‑registered Speech and Language Therapist based in the United Kingdom.
- Experience contributing to EHCP assessments or delivering established SALT provision.
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to produce clear, structured reports.
- Availability to work on weekdays.
Required skills
