About the role
Our client in Kendal is looking for motivated Street Operatives to join a dynamic team within the waste management sector. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to contribute to keeping local streets clean and green.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload refuse wagons safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and other physical tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain street cleanliness.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Required profile
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work the specified shift hours.
- Positive attitude and strong team‑player mindset.
Required skills
- Basic operation of refuse handling equipment.
