Structures Delivery Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Structures Delivery Engineer to join our team in Staines/Edmonton, London. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Inspection Programme Manager to support the day‑to‑day planning and delivery of structural inspections and maintenance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inspections and maintenance works to meet project timescales and KPIs.
• Monitor project programmes, update schedules and attend internal and client meetings.
• Provide technical guidance on inspections and engineering works, ensuring health and safety documentation meets standards.
• Order plant, traffic management solutions and materials for site works while tracking performance indicators.
• Support the completion of health and safety files and issue scheme completion certificates.

Required profile

• HNC or equivalent qualification in Structural Engineering.
• Experience in highways, rail or London Underground environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and understand traffic management requirements.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification with strong health and safety awareness.
• Full driving licence and sound commercial awareness.
