Sub-Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Sub‑Agent to join our United Utilities framework in the North West of England. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities in line with project plans, specifications and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate engineers, forepersons and subcontractors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Support the Site Agent in allocating labour, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in site management, civil engineering or construction supervision.
• Qualification in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
