Summer Production Worker

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Summer Production Workers to join our busy Yate facility for the summer months. This temporary position offers a chance to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving production environment while earning a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Packing coffee beans ready for dispatch
- Accurately weighing, labelling and packaging products
- Carrying out quality checks on finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Meeting daily production targets efficiently
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Punctual and able to follow repeatable tasks
- Willingness to wear safety shoes
Required skills
- Basic manual handling
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm
- No weekend shifts
- Immediate start and full training provided
