Supported Employment Team Leader – Employment Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Connect to Work Lead to manage a high‑quality supported employment service in Richmond. The role involves leading a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring compliance with IPS and SEQF standards, and helping participants secure sustainable jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of Employment Specialists.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with IPS and SEQF best‑practice principles.
• Provide regular supervision, coaching and caseload management.
• Drive performance against employment outcomes, contractual targets and KPIs.
• Develop employer relationships and access hidden labour‑market opportunities.
• Deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred support to participants.
• Monitor service performance, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Produce and analyse performance reports and manage CRM data.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, GDPR and information‑governance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, training providers and employers.
• Support budget monitoring, expenditure tracking and project reporting.

Required profile

• Experience managing or leading Employment Specialists, Employment Advisors, Job Coaches or similar professionals.
• Strong understanding of IPS, SEQF or related supported‑employment models.
• Proven track record of meeting performance targets and KPIs.
• Experience in supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Strong employer engagement and job‑development experience.
• Experience using CRM systems and producing performance reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
