Systems & Data Coordinator – London (Hybrid)

About the role

The Systems & Data Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day management of business systems, ensure data integrity and produce insightful reports that aid operational and strategic decisions. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with teams across the organisation to maximise the effective use of systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot core business systems on a daily basis.
• Analyse, cleanse and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Manage surveys and monitor system performance.
• Document business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on system usage.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL.
