About the role
FlightStory is building a high‑performing talent function to support its rapid growth in creator‑led media. As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will sit at the centre of this effort, shaping how the company attracts and hires top‑tier people.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all business areas, with a particular focus on marketing and media positions.
- Proactively source, engage and build pipelines of high‑quality candidates before roles become vacant.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, positioning FlightStory as an employer of choice.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth interview process.
Required profile
- Approaches hiring as a craft rather than a purely administrative task.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑growing environments and deliver high‑volume, high‑quality hires.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
