Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role
Proprec is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to shape and execute its recruitment strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, lead an offshore team and manage an external RPO partner, ensuring the business attracts top talent across all functions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a forward‑thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Lead, coach and develop an offshore Talent Acquisition team, fostering a candidate‑focused culture.
- Manage the relationship with an external RPO provider, monitoring service levels, KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, universities and community organisations; represent the business at career fairs.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for a broad range of functions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support senior and business‑critical appointments as required.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing to enhance employer brand and innovate attraction strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and technology, including effective use of the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation while promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Produce recruitment metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
- Previous experience managing both in‑house recruitment teams and external RPO providers.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to delivery.
Required skills
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
