About the role
Framestore is looking for a Talent Assistant to be the welcoming face for new talent joining the studio. You will lead onboarding, conduct inductions and organise training for new joiners, ensuring a smooth start for everyone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage seating arrangements for Advertising, Episodic and Immersive teams.
- Partner with HR and Systems to coordinate start dates, equipment and kit requirements.
- Maintain accurate attendance and absence records and generate data reports as needed.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support during busy periods or when covering holidays.
- Assist the Production Operations Coordinator with production finance processes.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and courier services for talent events and operational needs.
- Help set up training sessions, attend team meetings and take clear notes.

- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
