Talent Development Program Manager – EMEA

About the role

Aquent is seeking a Talent Development Program Manager to design, deliver and manage leadership and talent development programs across the EMEA region. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate organisational priorities into impactful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee a portfolio of leadership and talent development programs for multiple global regions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders and the global Talent Development team to align programs with strategic priorities.
• Manage operational aspects including budgeting, vendor relationships, learning systems administration and reporting.
• Create engaging communications to promote program participation.
• Analyse feedback and program data to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline communications, administration and data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering programmes or projects from inception to completion, preferably managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required skills

• Experience with learning management systems and program administration.
• Budget management and vendor coordination.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
